No sour grapes, and I wish him well. He seems like a solid kid. But, I honestly don't think it's much of a loss. He has glaringly bad hands, and that can be very hard to fix. Similar to Scotty Hopson, imo.

Sucks from perspective that other teams may start saying 5* that go to UT don't enhance their draft position and use that in recruiting against us.....

I don't disagree that he was better. But I do remember being horribly frustrated with his ball handling. He was a dynamic athlete but also a turnover machine at times.
Where did I say that? The fact that he's looking to leave is the problem. He doesn't trust the staff to develop him to get to the next level, that's a problem.
