Just embarrassing

We didn't just get out coached. Our lack of talent got exposed. We need to recruit better. We need to spend more on the portal. How does Ohio State land Downs and Judkins from the portal while we nickel and dime?

We better start spending money and get some actual players this offseason.
Heupel is not the answer. I was hoping the coaching carasel was over. No reason for a Tennessee team to be out played and outplayed like that.

The only good thing about this is it'll force us to make big changes. We can't go into next year thinking slight improvements will be enough. We better get serious about improving the talent on this roster cause it's obvious we're not close after what happened tonight.
Yep honestly at this point better to take a beating and open some eyes. Because this undisciplined unprepared, predictable approach isn’t cutting it. Bet the chat with white and coach is interesting

If we had made it close I would be feeling a lot better, but to be embarrassed this bad is sickening.
so now I know how TCU felt.
Embarrassing yes, shows our talent level for sure. We need to hit the portal hard, but I don't see it. The days of developing freshman recruits are over. You can buy seasoned players. We're paying either way.

Smart had them in the NCG year 2. Roster may have been deeper but it took adjustments and correct reads for play calling to get them there. Two things we’ve yet to see out of Heup & company.

Smart took over from Mark Richt, the poster child for top 10 recruiting classes with nothing to show for it. Right? UGA hadn't had won less than 8 games since 2010. And he only had two losing seasons in his 15 years at UGA.

We really gonna take that lesson and compare it with Josh Heupel taking over for the recruting acumen of Jeremy Pruitt (and, slightly, Butch Jones)?

Becuase I can guarantee you that Smart took over a hell of a lot more organized and functional football program than Heupel did.

I don’t give a crap what you take over, you can have the greatest team ever assembled but if you are unable to make adjustments in-game on both sides of the ball you’re going to lose. Don’t be obtuse, it’s repetitive at this point and until folks are removed and replaced, it won’t change.

Yeah man, I hoped we could look good on prime time but except Nico, looked like we didnt care and had no fight. Heupel needs to say in presser, “We played like crap and disappointed these amazing fans im sorry that was terrible coaching and fight for us.” Happy with double digit wins but needs to learn how to adjust in game and how to win on the road. Needs to fix the offense, people have figured it out. WR’s no separation and fight. Hoping for improvement next year with offense. Nico was the only reason we any points.
Nico was the only player that looked like he gave a ****. Defense was pathetic and O line didn’t get off the bus. Didn’t help our best offensive player and best receiver hardly played, but how are you blaming the only dude who actually seemed like he cared? I thought most of the season he wasn’t great but tonight it wasn’t his fault. Our left tackle, who made alot of money in the portal from NIL, was trying to get him killed. If you are blaming anyone, blame the line and our sorry ass wide receivers.
