Do you even know the last time UK was in the middle of a major investigation in basketball? Most of the people on this board are not even old enough to know it without a google search. So keep talking **** about UK and corruption, when UT is just about the gold standard when it comes to cheating. fulmer to this day is one of the bigger cheaters in the history of this sport. dO you know why No one likes or respects UT? Because you're known as a bunch of cheats and snitches. A lot of programs cheat, but when you are a snitch too, wow. not to mention your program in both sports is about as irrelevant nowadays as any program not named vandy, and hell they are better than UT nowadays.

Name me the last time a UK official, UK player or coach got caught:

1. lying to the NCAA.
2. illegally recruiting and making phone calls
3. forcing players, coaches, and parents to lie.
4. With an escort service posing as a welcome club. (orange pride),
5. Driving with open containers.
6. driving with illegal hand guns.
7. Players facing felony charges for illegal weapons.
8. making illegal football phone calls.
9. serious investigations into football program which ended in hearings.
9. making the thugiest rap video ever on the web(maze haze)
10. IN bars at odd hours of the night with free tabs to buy anything they want.(we never would have known this had the owner of the bar not made a mistake and openly admitted he runs free tabs for UT football players.)
11. charged with assault
12. charged with disorderly conduct
13. charged with evading arrest
14. charged with resisting arrest(more than once)


Dude, this is all in around a 3 to 4 year period. So I do not understand why the hell a UT fan feels the need to bash ANY OTHER PROGRAM PERIOD! I didn't come here to put this in your face. I responded to some of these idiots actually having the balls to throw stones in a glass house.

UT is currently in a position where they were forced to hire two complete no names that no top program in either sport would hire. No one wants any job at UT. The cheating for years has finally caught up with UT. It's a damaged brand, that has gone up in smoke. Yet you still feel the need to call programs out for what they have done over ten and in some cases 20 or more years old? i think it's YOU who is the idiot here. And it's YOU who can't see the forest through the trees.

How many players does UT currently have in prison? I would be willing to bet it's at the top of the list.

This is a Tennessee board, if you want to provide an opinion on thing Tennessee or throw a constructive opinion in every now and then go for it. But seriously, if your wanting to be all UK, go to your board and parade around like a 10 year old girl with a baton. We don't have UT fans over on uks board posting football national championship banners and what not that's just dumb. I have no problem with opposing fans being on this board if they are contributing in a positive manner, you aren't though in the least bit.

See, it's this part that I find humerus. If you look at any sec fan and say, "give me one program in this conference that steadily sends players to jail, who would it be", take a guess at the answer.

I am going to ignore the NCAA part in that sentence because like I said a program that's been in as much hot water as UT lately won't be able to say a ****ing thing about ncaa infractions

Any fan with a brain would know the answer is Florida. Poll sec fans and coaches not from Kentucky and ask what basketball program they think is most corrupt, guarantee the answer is Lexington. There's a reason your coach has 1 final four appearance.

Florida does a lot as well. But UT would at minimum be a close 2nd.

Camby taking money did nothing to help cal. Would not even make sense for him to set that up. Ya know what they say, no motive is a *****. But I wouldn't understand a UT person to understand that whatsoever. Ya just kind of need a motive. Which is another reason why cal was exonerated throughout. As far as Rose, I guess cal could influence a schools decision making as far as taking a test goes, but hey, once again, found of NO WRONG doing.

no thats just really all i feel like spending on you to be quite honest. i lived a year in kentucky, in that year i realized no matter what facts mean nothing to that fanbase. they feel as though cal is god's gift to them and he has never done anything wrong what so ever. when cal dips out of uk though like he has done everywhere else when the ncaa comes calling i expect to see you on this board.

Anyway....I'm not reading anything else. Some of you should really refrain from throwing stones while you are currently sitting in the biggest glass house in the country. UT has been busted out for many, MANY VIOLATIONS IN THE RECENT FEW YEARS.

i find it funny that uk fans who i guarantee you were attending games before you were born are uneasy about cal. anybody that is rational and a uk fan doesnt get the greatest feeling from the guy. there is a reason he has never stayed anywher for an extended period of time. maybe you should listen to some of your elder, much more intelligent uk fans and you will learn a thing or two. it isnt just ut fans that think that cal is a slimeball, and will get uk into trouble sooner rather than later.
