Yes. The trip from despair after we gave up the scoop and score late as well as the called back Bama interception because of pass interference to the jubilation after that winning field goal was short and steepIt’s amazing the emotional swings a person can have even when you know the outcome. I’m glad Bryce Young is gone and I hope our defense has improved.
A victory in Tuscaloosa just might be the tsunami that washes Saban into retirement. He won’t retire because he wants to. He’ll retire because the spoiled whiny arrogant entitled bandwagon fan base that IS Bama football will be so vocal about it he’ll be forced to say, I’m done with this lot.I’ve watched it several times. Best UT/UA game in my lifetime. If we get one in that crap hole Tuscaloosa, they’ll be a meltdown. Man that town is dangerous.
Watching last years games, I've been sobered at how often we benefited from the other team's key injuries. Expect this season to be a tougher row to hoe. A lot of things fell our way (for a change) last season.
So what your saying is even the dog was experiencing emotional swings just like every other vol fan.My poor dog.
He spent about half that game cowering in fear in the corner because I was telling at the TV.
The other half the game he was in heaven as snacks were falling from the sky when the Vols were doing well
We win that game last year by 4 scores without Young and Gibbs in it.
Say what you will, but after watching this game and several others played by Young, I think he was the best QB in the nation last year. Hooker was rally good, as were the Ohio St. guy and several others, but Young was the best. It’s amazing the emotional swings a person can have even when you know the outcome. I’m glad Bryce Young is gone and I hope our defense has improved.
