"Former vol tee Martin declins offer by tn to join staff". I'm so pissed that he acted interested only to turn us down. What a $hitty thing to do to us. I hope he understands that if he ever shows up here again, many people (myself included) are going to make him feel as unwelcome as possible. Screw that guy and the pos he works for. They deserve each other.

I understand being upset about it. I really hoped Tee would come back and surprised that he didnt. But when it comes down to it he is just a wr coach. And yes hes a good recruiter but USC was loading up on 4 and 5 star players and getting players out of TN way before Tee ever went to work there. Tee is a good wr coach but hes not the only good coach out there. Tee Martin and UT owe each other absolutely nothing.

ok...here's the breakdowN...you guys called for tee martin for last two weeks..we tried and he turned us down...i agree with chattavol420...he used us to get a raise and his wife more pub...she aint gonna make it and it hope we dont offer him in the future...i saw his videos at usc and look at the weight gain...he DOES NOT need to get an offer from us in the future....wife runs the household and we dont need that...hope T M is reading this

No. I've been on here several times today. I just got angry again when I saw it scroll across the bottom of the screen. Thanks for the publicity tee. And if he'd decided to reject us for any other coach in America it would be more tolerable. Just makes me sick!

and yes you have chocies to move up and use the syetem...i would of too..but you kats have been crying about tee for weeks...he aint what u think he is...i want someone who wants to be here...not KY or USC

He screwed his self not us. Lame will not be at USC after next year. Then Tee will be looking for a job and Tennessee job will be filled. I will not judge Tee it is his decision and I respect that.

Would you rather he didn't come to at least talk about it and just told Jones a straight out NO? What if he was interested but they just couldn't make the deal work, maybe he wanted the AC spot as well to move, how does that make Tee a bad guy? :confused:

How has he screwed himself? There are far too many variables to know for sure why he did not come here.

Could have been a money issue, or not wanting to move cross country again, or perhaps he did not believe in BJs philosophy, what if he takes the job and then jones crashes and burns, he could be out of a job in two years here. Talk about being screwed.

my only other comment is - and i been watching vols for 30 years and know peyton pretty well, is that butch reminds me of bruce pearl in bball and he will win the fans over and he will energize the fanbase.....victories TBD but he will win more than Dools...rip me if u want but guys only time will tell....7-5 next year with bowl bid n win IMOP

I really hope that when I'm tailgating and in the stadium I don't share my liquor or sit next to some of the dumbasses who get on here and make statements like this brilliant gentleman did. They're really no better than Alabama fans.

I give up. We officially have some of the dumbest fans on earth. I doubt any of the people whining and *****ing about Tee ever broke a sweat for any team that wears the orange. You losers are pathetic and I am embarrassed you call yourselves Vol fans.
