So you believe that Trump should nominate the replacement, correct?Exactly. The American people didn't re-elect Obama in 2012 to only serve 3 years. Garland was nominated in March of 2016. Obama still had 20% of his 2nd term in office left. That is a lot of time left to be calling someone a "lame duck".
It's not anti constitution. The numbers of scotus justices is set by statute. It's been 9 since the 1800s though. That's gone if the GOP does this. And rightly so. This is not court packing. This is adjusting the court to bring it in line with the American citizens.Lol why do Dems always have to be anti constitution to try to push thru their crazy plans?

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 53% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-six percent (46%) disapprove. The last time the president's job approval reached a high of this number was in September 2019.
Biden should campaign on that platform. Lol. What were you saying about only 25% of the country agreeing on?It's not anti constitution. The numbers of scotus justices is set by statute. 77% of Americans want the core holding of Roe upheld. Just 13% want it overturnedBiden should campaign on that platform. Lol. What were you saying about only 25% of the country agreeing on?
Do you really think there are moderate Trump supporters who will break for Biden over a SCOTUS nominee? If so, why would they be supporting him in the first place? It makes no sense.
