Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has passed away

I didn't say that... read it again. I said they wouldn't like it, but it wouldn't be the same emotional and intense anger that exists now. That is because genuine hypocrisy, really does stir up anger.

Not acknowledging hypocrisy and then accusing only one party , stirs up even more anger .

I read what you wrote. What does simply saying “they wouldn’t like it” imply?

It also gives you some insight as to who Cruz thinks is going to win the key elections on November 3rd. He thinks Biden will win and Democrats will take back the Senate... or else he wouldn't care whether or not it was before or after election day. After all, we all agree that if Trump wins and Republicans retain control of the Senate - than of course, Trump gets to pick the nominee and have him/her confirmed.

Maybe Cruze simply realizes nobody can predict the future and you need to get what you want while the gettin's good.

How much more could you guys cry, scream, piss, and moan than you already have every freaking day for almost 4 years?

If the left was the ones in this position they wouldn’t even bother trying to explain . I imagine they would eventually just say we would be stupid not to take advantage of this opportunity when we have it . ( and they would be correct )

Read carefully. She's being very coy.

I don't think she is being that coy.

"... the decision on a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court should be made by the President who is elected on November 3rd." - Sen. Susan Collins

The only way that is being coy... is if you think she is going to claim that the election results are "rigged".

Even if Garland had been given a vote, or even confirmed, the reaction today from Democrats would be the same.

It’s not about Garland.

It is 100% about Trump making the pick, a 3rd pick. Only exacerbated by the fact that it is RBG being replaced.

Not altogether a bad idea; let's hope they do a lessons learned thing first. The way I see it, some of the real positives are a shift in manufacturing - particularly of the military sort - and still plenty of oil, food, and other staples produced in the south. The real negative is all the damn yankees that migrated south - have to divert resources to man the concentration camps.

I agree, carpetbaggers like drumpf will need to take more than his share.

Not even close to the amount you people did when a non-rich, non-old, non-white guy was President for the previous 8 years.

I’m with the black community on this one after reflecting back on his 8 years of watching a non -rich , non-old , non-white guy do nothing for the black community but pander and promise . I complain more about him now then I did when he was POTUS .

Buckle up Dims, remember the fast impeachment of Trump?
Well Trump is gonna get his nominee thru the Senate even faster. It’s gonna be glorious.
Maybe true. But he’s going to be a one term POTUS. And what Trump fans need to understand it’s not his policies that will have screwed him. It’s what happens when you vote for a massive a-hole. To put it in Perot terms I wouldn’t trust him to run my McDonalds cash register. And in your heart you know you wouldn’t.

I wouldn’t, there’s not a hair net big enough.

It has a lot to do with hypocrisy. The fact that Garland didn't get a vote is not lost on anyone. Read what Susan Collins wrote... she even alludes to "fairly and consistently". She is talking about the hypocrisy of Senate Republicans and their handling of Merrick Garland's nomination.

I guess I don't need to vote for Trump then, since you have called the election already.
