I was eating at Wendy's on the strip today when Justin Hunter's mom started talking to me and my friends. She said that he knows what he wants to do, but is not telling anybody. She implied that he is going to go pro, but would be willing to stay if the university were to hire a proven head coach that would help him improve his draft stock/make him NFL ready.

I said to her that all the students at UT thank him for making the offense fun to watch, and for wearing the orange proudly the past 3 years.

This actually sounds very legit..... I would think right now he's about a 2-3rd round pick, best case scenario...

If he can't hang on to the ball going over the middle and shys away from contact, DBs in the NFL will eat him alive.

No offense and I'm not bashing the young man and I appreciate him but how about helping UT become better as well. It's not all about one individual. Just sayin JMO

Nothing matters but the combine performance. With his speed, size, and jumping ability, he'll be the top WR taken. A lot of you guys act like he dropped every pass that came his way. He was a 70+catch 1000+yard WR in a the toughest defensive league in the NCAA. His draft stock won't get much higher. He's going.

Who knows, he may put it together in the League. He might be the next Arian Foster in a sense. He had so much potential to be even better than he was and he put up some nice stats despite the drops.

Hope everything works out for him. If we get Gruden he could turn him Cp and Bray to all 1st rounders. So if we got Gruden I think they stay.

Seems like a reasonable request

Very rare for Volnation good solid believable information. Thanks for posting it. :good!:

I'm sure when he was recruited coaches sold him on helping him get to the league. I completely get what your saying but with his Hunters HC sucking and then getting fired he doesn't have alot around to be loyal to. He doesn't owe Tennessee anything.

He's got a kid to feed. Go to the draft.

Not all homes are broken homes. Just because the young man has a child does not mean he does not have alot of family and friends who help with the care of the child. The child and money may not be a factor at all in his decision.

You are delusional. Lee will be the first wide receiver taken.

Really wondering how terrible this team is going to be next season with all the veteran offensive weapons gone. Seems like backups hardly ever got playing time since we could never put anyone away......depressing really.
