As far as McKenzie's tweet is concerned, the contrast between how the respective Biden and Trump Administrations have been covered depends heavily upon which media outlet you choose to follow. It's not 1995 anymore. Republicans have plenty of alternative options to the traditional news media establishment. If you want to see economic news reports which completely lay the blame for hyper-inflation at the feet of Joe Biden, you can easily find them on Fox News, Breitbart, The Daily Caller, The Federalist, One America News, NewsMax and The Washington Times.

Yes, there is a liberal bias evident in many high profile places... but those are not your only options.

They hold more power and influence because they control the major media networks and because the conservatives have done a poor job of fighting the culture war that could have closed the gap in Hollywood and entertainment.

And yet they cannot dominate politics (because there is way more to our culture than the MSM and Hollywood). I totally question the idea that they hold more power and influence.

My point is really just to say having CNN and MSNBC doesn't give them an advantage over the side that has Fox News.

I've been saying this since the lead up to the 2020 POTUS election. There ahs just been a different vibe sense then. At the very least, you are going to see black men start to make the first turn. It won't necessarily be gigantic, but if the GOP is able to get 25-30% of the black vote in 2 years and maybe boost that to a more solid 30-35% in 2028, the rout is on. And the Hispanic population is not producing much better fruit for Democrats, either.

I don't just know Peruvians, I know people from all over. Many have become citizens so they can vote. Fortunately my locality still checks IDs to vote too so the illegal folks haven't voted that I know of.

As Orwell recognized, one of the key prerequisites for totalitarianism is the destruction of accepted language. Man, but so many of them that come to Peru are just the opposite, I suppose because there's a land border. They get here and have organized and are demanding their "benefits" from the government of Peru (and its citizens). They've also contributed directly to a massive increase in crime in some neighborhoods in Lima as their gangs have moved in.

Fox News often boasts of their high ratings, which are frequently posted on this forum by @Franklin Pierce and others. I didn't say it was even, but Republicans do have other options, with one having a successfully high profile.

Idk, Im a younger person thats on the conservative side, but since the 2020 election ive had many conversations with the younger crowd that all they pretty much do is say Warren and Bernie are better and the US would be better off as a socialist country.
