Kagan had no judicial record to review. Kavanaugh has over 300 opinions on record from the bench. They know exactly what kind of Judge he will be and that’s what bothers them. He respects the Constitution.

So I finally got around to listening to Senator Collins speech from yesterday. I have not been a fan of Collins in the past but I have to give credit where credit was due. It was a good speech and she spent a lot of time weighing everything. Well done and how fitting that the person this all rested on came down to a woman.
