Funny how Hillary has all but been thrown under the jail, but liberals stand on the peg-leg of - she’s been exonerated by our finest law enforcement institutions.

On the other hand, Kavanaugh has, if anything, been vindicated through exculpatory evidence, which was NONE at all; but he’s a probable sexual predator?

Try any Muslim country where YOU would be buried up to your neck and stoned to death merely because a man accused you of having sex with a man not your husband. No proof required.

It is also about one of the vilest and most obvious attempts to smear a good man for political purposes. Not that the Dems are the only party to use underhanded tactics. But this time they reached a new low. And though I’m only 1 vote this episode has ensured I will cast it in November.

Nope. That would be asinine.
BUT.....If she appeared before the B of D and came off as 100% credible, 2 other workers made similar claims, I presumably lied to the B of D to cover past embarrassing activities, and half of the office believed the accusations; then I would expect the B of D to say, "Sorry Luther, many of us believe you, but with all things considered, we're going to have to go with someone else for the good of the company."

Those other claims against K have long been debunked.

Addressing your point, if the person making the sexual assault claim told a female, or male coworker for that matter, about the incident around the time that it was alleged to have occurred, I would 100% fire the perpetrator.

Nothing like this happened in K's case.
