If you cannit prove your innocence, absolutely in the liberal fascist utopia. Personally luth, mick, lg... they can have that world somewhete elseIf you are up for promotion at work and a female co-worker's bff is up too and she decides to help out her bff and go to management and tell them, falsely, that you groped her in the break room, should they immediately remove you from consideration?
Okay. Cool. I’m done arguing with a bunch of random middle aged men about sexual assault.
It is also about one of the vilest and most obvious attempts to smear a good man for political purposes. Not that the Dems are the only party to use underhanded tactics. But this time they reached a new low. And though I’m only 1 vote this episode has ensured I will cast it in November. This discussion is not about sexual assault. It is about due process. You should go live in a country where innocence must be proven
Try any Muslim country where YOU would be buried up to your neck and stoned to death merely because a man accused you of having sex with a man not your husband. No proof required.
This is what you want? It is certainly what you are arguing for.
That’s tolerance bruh. You’re just not tolerant of that culture...This discussion is not about sexual assault. It is about due process. You should go live in a country where innocence must be proven

You belong in a time capsule as proof to future future generations. You must not know any real men. I know there are plenty of women who can do things better than me but its because I dont do those things.
In my line of work, 20 years, I have never met a female that I would want to work with because they were good at their job.
Nope. That would be asinine. If you are up for promotion at work and a female co-worker's bff is up too and she decides to help out her bff and go to management and tell them, falsely, that you groped her in the break room, should they immediately remove you from consideration?
Nope. Sorry both other claims were thoroughly debunked as junk. Same as Ford by the way. That's the same standards your applying to Judge K. You're a typical liberal hypocrite. Thanks for clarifying.Nope. That would be asinine.
BUT.....If she appeared before the B of D and came off as 100% credible, 2 other workers made similar claims, I presumably lied to the B of D to cover past embarrassing activities, and half of the office believed the accusations; then I would expect the B of D to say, "Sorry Luther, many of us believe you, but with all things considered, we're going to have to go with someone else for the good of the company."
