Kavanaugh Confirmation

So, apparently Ford is a liar, shouldn't we invest in treating mental illness or holding people and news organizations accountable for promoting lies?

There are obviously two distinct perspectives, and both leave a horribly bitter taste......MAGA
Your party caused this circus. Your party held this accusation till the last minute, hoping it will cause a dealy until after the election......... If your boy diane was truly sincere, ot would have come out as soon as she got it. This was a deliberate hack job by a hack politician. You foolish sheep just follow marching orders.

If we held news orgs accountable, you and looter wouldn't know what bile to spit on a daily basis because the majority would be out of business. Have a good night.

Kavanaugh's first vote as a member of the Supreme Court could involve a Trump administration request to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census

Just a day after Justice Brett Kavanaugh was sworn in as a member of the US Supreme Court, there has been speculation that his first vote could revolve around a Trump administration request to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census.
According to Politico, Kavanaugh's first vote could come as soon as Tuesday or Wednesday.

And that vote may involve deciding how much power courts should hold over top executive branch officials.

Last week, the Supreme Court declined to step in to stop officials, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and acting Assistant Attorney General John Gore, from having to sit for depositions about the Trump administration’s decision to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census.

In a one-sentence order, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg denied the request to stay a lower court's ruling that allowed for the deposition of Ross and Gore while a federal appeals court in New York reviews the dispute.

But Ginsburg said the government could request the Supreme Court's intervention after the appeals court rules and 'before the depositions in question are taken'.

The lawsuit, which includes 18 states and a number of cities and counties, was spearheaded by Democratic officials.

I met some chicks who go to GTech a few weeks ago when I was up there scouting the area for new hunting grounds a house to buy.

Hmm........

Go clean your chalk boards grandpa.
Somehow you don't come across as the type to which a GTech coed would be drawn.

Honestly, I think you and Mick both see anyone who doesn't agree with you as a far right nut.
I know a number of moderates. I actually know very few redhatters (outside of the PF that is - and I only know you guys slightly more than you know me, practically not at all.)

I'm into genealogy and it's a shame the census doesn't include names, birthplaces, ages, childrens names, parents names, birthplaces, occupations etc.. like they did years ago that has been so helpful in genealogy work.

How is neutrality land? You must have got lost with that comment. Thanks for being fair and balanced Fox. Calling someone partisan is as partisan as it gets.

I'm not sure how you have to be partisan to call someone partisan. I don't understand that logic. Much less that it's the most partisan thing one can do.
