He is the guy that passed when we had 2nd and 3 against Missouri in overtime. We need a OC more dedicated to the run especially since Jay Graham got here and got the running backs going.

EVery time our new HC (Lon Chaney) sees Xs and Os, he thinks he is playing Tic Tac Toe. How else can you explain such a true lack of understanding opponents defensives?

Wonder if it was Jim that was calling all those pass plays when Marlin Lane was running for 10 yards a carry... I think it was. Yep i'm sure of it..

They should have keep running the ball and took the game out of Bray's hands... He clearly wasn't into the game...

I think he calls plays designed to give the best players the ball.

He might not run the ball much but its for good reason.. we don't have an elite back. we have a sick pass blocking oline,qb, receivers and TE

you can't argue with his production this year. and he's had to call plays when trailing in practically every game

you must hate having the most ypg ever at the U of T

I bet he does.. him and many other vol fans would rather have an average offense as long as were running the ball, rather than a top 10 offense with a great passing game.

it seems like some UT fans are randy sanders lovers or something

There are rumors (RUMORS) that a certain potential new coach will make a run at Chad Morris, the OC at Clemson. I could live with that. I could live with Cheney, too.

Jim Chaney is the guy who hasn't coached up Bray, the guy who didn't realize we had an elite O-line, the guy who didn't realize how good Jay Graham is, and the guy

Who freakin' dials up 40 yard bombs on 3rd and 1, and has kept trying to run out of the pistol all year????

We need an SEC OC and Gruden will bring one.

Not a fan. He's been here for 4 years, 3 as the guy calling the shots. This year he had NFL arm at QB, two NFL WR's, an NFL TE, an NFL Line and running backs that were plenty adequate. The Arm still can't control his footwork, his mechanics are inconsistent. The Arm should be more mature and able to handle the stress of an SEC game in his third year. No development there imo.

I know, I know the defense....well as the OC, you know the defense is bad, yet he puts the players out there in a no huddle the whole game and gives no consideration to clock management issues. In addition, I don't know if I remember an offense this penalized pre-snap, so there's a lack of discipline too. He's okay, seems like a nice guy, but I'm ready for a change, all around. Graham and Pittman, like to see them hang around if possible.

37 points per game

and we have had a very very hard schedule

What UT O could hold a drop to this?

What UT O could have won with this defense?

tell me please??????
