Transfers won’t fix the problems. You could have 5 starting transfers but they still wouldn’t be a well coached team.

2nd string players may not win you the game but they still should look like they know what they are doing. this team does not look well coached.

How many players on this team start at a top ten team?

I appreciate your optimism, but I can not possibly see this out of this team.
Even with Jackson, you have four others that do not know how to block out or or try to be disciplined to run any plays.
How many 50/50 balls do we get? I just think we are what we are.

This team stands around way to much without the ball. We are a slow reacting unit. On offense it’s throw it around and somebody shoot. No good passing or moving without the ball. No screens being set. Too much standing around on offense and we never block out on defense and just stand waiting on the ball instead of attacking the ball. I wanted Kellie to succeed but so far this year her and the squad get a big fat F.

Hard reality is realizing we have a team of backups elsewhere or not recruited for the teams we are chasing. Not named Rickea

Yes it is time for a change but there has to be some accountability by the players. At no time did you see five people on the floor digging deep to give it their all. You see more heart from five strangers in a pick up game at the YMCA

Agreed but even 2nd string players can look well coached and do the basics even if not at NC level or they can look very badly coached by lack of basics, lack of disciple, lack of heart, etc…

These regardless of skill look badly coached and have for a while. KJH has been getting by with a star or two to keep them in mid pack. Without stars, the badly coached players bad play gets accentuated.

Beyond the embarrassing loss and lack of results we’ve become accustomed to with this staff, it is now the apparent apathy has set in among the fans. The large amount of empty seats were a bad look and indictment of where the program currently stands.

I had lunch with a former WNBA head coach this past summer. She knew I was a die hard LV fan. She asked me what I thought about Kellie and I said my biggest concerns were turnovers, lack of fundamentals, chemistry, timeouts, substitutions, no motion in the motion offense, and then I asked her if she needed to hear more. She just laughed and said "I can definitely see your concerns.." it was her way of being polite and not trashing someone in her profession.
Unfortunately when I asked if she'd ever be interested in the job, she said she didn't think she'd want to have to recruit. Before the WNBA she was a Tara disciple and still has lots of connections. May need to see if she has any suggestions on a candidate...

It start at the helm and what she choose to recruit ,she stills recruit as if we are a mid- major program… and that will not fly in the SEC! And what’s even worse is that team has taking on her no fight , lack luster , low effort attitude Our glory days are behind us …. What’s even worse is that Vic is arriving back into the SEC and we already can’t recruit we are going to plummet into oblivion .

There's a difference between "negavol" and just pure ol disgusted
Negavols look for anything they can demean the team about
I have never been in that mold and try to constantly look for the good
Today there was No good,,,no effort, no sense of urgency and no direction,,,nothing I can point to that says hope.

No one, not one player looked like they were ready for this game tonight
(maybe Sara and Karo)

When a team that should be "that good", plays "that bad"....there's a reason
And it doesn't take a negavol to realize that

The sad thing is we have 3 cupcakes in a row to make all this forgotten
and after that run we have an all-American coming back to revitalize the team

I looked at the sideline shots of Kellie and saw concern, uncertainty and fear
and I looked on the court and saw the same

I cringe at the revealing of the top-25 tomorrow evening

MTSU is no cupcake, espec if RIckea doesn't play and the LV team that played today does play.

Not true. I was there, today was a much better crowd than others this year. Sunday afternoons help. Empty seats have been there since the Holly days, KJH has been trying to get them back.

After recent games though, I don't see how a big falloff doesn't happen. It's not fun to watch.

Players have quit on the coach. It's their way of telling her that they don't want to give all they have for her anymore. When that happens there has to be a coaching change made. RJ could change that and pull the team back together.

See this is what I can't understand about KH....
She played under CPS and we all know Pat would rip them a new one , when they needed it....
She seems like, she doesn't want to hurt their feelings...

We are not particularly athletic or talented, and we are not well drilled/coached.

We are not fundamentally sound--and haven't been for 20 years. Period.
