Find it interesting that Kellie Harper contract officially started April 1 2025.
Even when Kellie Harper was already hiring assist coaches and been on the job for a few weeks.
Could it be Tennessee had to pay full amount for 2025 2026 season if Kellie Harper had not taken a new job before April 1. 550,000 full payment for next year.

Yes Knoxville news sentinel said Tennessee buy-out of Kellie Harper would be reduced but they didn't said void.

April 1 is the day Tennessee save a million.
So that could been while Missouri and kellie-harper waited to sign if Tennessee was required to pay full amount for next year.
You could not blame Kellie Harper for waiting if it would give her more money next year on her contact start date.

Well official Missouri and Kellie Harper contract was signed before April 1 but it take affect until April 1.
Seems like Kellie Harper lawyer get better or a new lawyer for Kellie Harper.
This all guess work unless we had Kellie Harper contract from Tennessee to comb through.

You’re absolutely right, IMO, about us not being in contention for anything. We were never in that conversation.

That said, this team had some mighty fine moments, including beating the team I suspected even before the season started would win the national championship if everyone is healthy. They’re healthy now, and they were all healthy when WE beat them, too. Sure, it was a unicorn of a game, but it DID happen, which means it also could have happened at the very end.

I mean, with just, what, 3 minutes left we were only down 2 points to 1-seed Texas? And if we’d gotten past Texas, who knows? Might have given us the energy and confidence to overcome some of our shortcomings. We weren’t COMPLETELY incapable of pulling off another miracle or three, IMO.

Everyone does know a championship of any kind was pie-in-the-sky highly unlikely this season. But it wasn’t impossible, for me at least, to imagine that if the team somehow managed to get the hot hand for 6 consecutive games like they showed they are capable of doing several times this season … and if they had the luck EVERYONE needs some of in postseason, they may have done the impossible.

I’m so excited about next season already!

Side note on YouTube their independent news content providers who tell you to go rumble or different site to watch what there not allowed to talk about on YouTube.

She was provided some good play in the tournament.
Just don't recall if she played much vs Tennessee

Coaching pays well, she should like it. They pay you well to win and they pay you well to no longer coach. It’s a win win as long as you don’t go Bruce Pearl and lie.

And what a dumbazz impulse that was for him to lie about something so stupid. Obviously the event behind the lie was ridiculous, but man. He really made a minor thing into a colossal cluster.

Missouri ad said after the settlement ruling in a two years or so they would be More information on what university are spending on players.

I hope that includes public university's and private universities . We shall see.

It’s on a monthly basis. So Tennessee’s last monthly payment on her buyout would have been at the end of March.

Well, their kids are getting older which means more activities and athletics (at least in Jackson's case right now). Makes sense to have one parent be more available. Easier to pawn em off on a sitter or governess when their babies.

In Kellie Harper interview or introductory press conference
She mention kids where with John.
So they would not miss school.
She said her daughter was in the first grade.
Someone going to have make sure they get off to school and be there when they get off the bus or pick them up at school.

That's is there business weather it's John or they hired someone.
Or Kellie Harper mother moves to help.
Kellie Harper she her mother was her biggest supporter.
Can't hardly disagree on what Kellie Harper said about her mother.

Neither. The facts are the facts and this team did no more than the teams over the last 5 years. That last team to finish as close to the placement of this team in the SEC was a Holly Warlick coached team (8th) also the last team to lose to Vanderbilt. This teams offense looked much more explosive than teams past, but the defense, not so much even with this cool new press. Maybe that's the focus of next year. Head to head numbers don't lie.
