Kentucky Basketball

Both teams struggle at the free throw line.

UF struggles offensively at times, UK plays inconsistent defense.

UK has outstanding individual offensive players, while UF plays team defense like no one else in college basketball.

We will have our hands full with Randle and WCS...unless bizarro WCS decides to show up.

Should be a great game...

If Florida establishes their perimeter game and scores more points than UK, then UF will win.

Likewise, if UK is able to limit UF's perimeter scoring and to establish a post game, then UK stands a damn good chance to win if they score more points.

Either way, should be a close game if both teams score the same points.

Spot on imo

Its still 9 hours till tip off but here is how this should play out.

Young and Prather will end up in foul trouble early. Randle will do his little cute spin move and either a foul will be called or he will go over the back for the put back with no foul called. Johnson will miss several shots from 5 feet of the basket and will go over the back for the rebound with no foul called. The Harrison twins will drive to the basket and throw up a wild shot while failing to land on their feet. If Florida makes a run Polson will enter the game, Make 2 3's and 3 rebounds, then immediately replaced after momentum is gained. When The Harrison Twins are whistled for a Foul they will act like a 5 year who doesn't get their way. Coach Calapari will be shown throughout the game whining to the officials or at the far end of the bench yelling at the white guys who never get in. In the end Kentucky Kentucky will shoot 43 free throws compared for 24 for Florida. If Florida wins Cal will say "Were everybody's Superbowl" or " Were not that Good of a Team."

I do not expect Florida to win at coRuppt Arena with the Rupparees and all but who knows...........

Seen that UT just fell to Mizz. Only logical excuse is maybe the officials are cousins of corrupt arena?

Someone's butthurt.

Calipari tried to establish a favorable narrative for his team prior to the game.

“It’s our 19-year-olds against their 23-year-olds,” he told reporters on Friday

:eek:lol: hilarious he keeps using this sorry ass argument with all that talent i dont give a damn how old they are

Yeah, the fact that he tries to use that as a handicap is absurd. It's his choice to recruit and stock his teams like that.

I agree, it gets old hearing the same old tired excuse "they're young".

Sarcasm, or not liking all the freshman?

It's just not a sustainable model, I knew that coming in. When cal came my hopes were a title within 5 years and I would consider it a success. Otherwise it would be an ugly ending. We have that.

If the new NBA commish passes the 2 year minimum, then we have something to talk about. Otherwise this thing will run it's course and Cal is off to the NBA by 2016.

I think the new commish is serious about changing the age limit again

Cats beat the Rebels last night 84-70. Henderson reacts to a call that he disagrees with:
