Kentucky Basketball

Ya'll are own the way now. Don't forget: you're against Arkansas, who is playing on the road.

100 percent not trolling, but why is everything a lob? Simple passes would lead to more break conversions

Harrison twins are so overrated. Sloppiest bunch of players I've ever seen.

It looks better on the And1 YouTube reel I suppose. Generational thing. Unfortunately the way calipari recruits, we have 8 guys who want lobs.

I'd say the below is accurate enough.

---John Calipari was clearly frustrated with his team after their performance tonight, calling the loss “a big step back.” What happened? “We had a couple of no-shows,” Cal said, refusing to blame the game on free throw shooting. “Our guard play was horrendous today.”

He wasn’t done there. Cal said he really didn’t expect to lose tonight, and the thing that disappointed him the most was “we had two guys who gave up on the game.” ---

As said before, you can't keep having your young talent leave for the NBA every single year and expect to be a good college team. You can only ride "talent" out for so long. You need experience. Kentucky could easily be the "Alabama" of college basketball if the recruits would actually stay 3-4 years to develop their games instead of just leaving.(Both get tons of high level recruits to come to boring desolate areas, both are NC contenders, both have players playing in the professionals at a high level etc etc..)

Since UK wants to play the one and done game it's now coming back to rear it's ugly head. And that's not a dig at UK at all, I like the school and the basketball team.

They had some leftover key veterans for a while, including the NC year, but those players are all gone.
