The Weather Channel is like watching CNN. They don’t know what the hell they are talking about.
I agree 100%...they don't have weather journalist...they have script writers! NEVER trust the weather predictions....accept maybe the 1 hour forecast...and then with a grain of salt.

Good luck with any weather forecast. Five days before the Bama game, forecasters said highs in mid 60s and lows in mid 40s. I was ecstatic. Two days later, same forecaster said highs in mid 70s and lows in mid 50s. My rule of thumb is to never truly believe any forecast more than 24 hours out.

I was coming here to make a thread on this. I've been watching the weather predictions change all week. I'm taking my wife and son to this game and it'll be his first game (8 years old) and I'm really hoping for no rain.

To the people that have gone to games where it rains how is it? Do people usually wear ponchos?

Yes, ponchos unless your seats are under cover.

Congrats on your son’s first game! Soak up every memory of it. Remember taking my son to his first UT game (FL - 2016) when he was 4.

Accuweather says the weather in Athens,Georgia on November 5th will be 72 and mostly cloudy.

To early to be worried about weather. That can change within 15 minutes. I remember there was a 100% chance of rain during the bama game, and it never rained

Actually, technically, it did, but very, very tiny raindrops for only a few minutes.
