So much hate lol. For once I wish both sides could just be like "good job" and then focus on their team instead of worrying so much about the others recruiting. Honestly, it's not a big deal this early

Funny how in years past they've had decent coaching, but lousy recruiters. Now they have a decent recruiter who has never been the hc (anywhere) and rode his last name to the worst SEC coaching gig.

Irony.

Percentagewise?

From what I hear yes. It's close between the two states iirc. Not a big deal. Both states have great people and idiots.

I think he'll be a better coach than we think. He had the best defense in the nation at FSU last year as a DC. Obviously he had a bunch of talent down there but we'll see. I hope both Butch and Stoops do well.

The irony might be in the fact that the school that's been a revolving door since Fulmer left could be a worse gig.....

Actually, we can take heart that we're both not Vandy.

Having a #1 defense in the ACC is like being the smartest kid in a special ed class.

Was going to post something similar. But, now they have Sal so he can figure out that vaunted NC State offense for them. And, to respond to the worst gig statement...one situation is temporary and one is permanent. You decide which is which.

Whole lotta butt hurt over some recruiting success. If UT were the powerhouse of old, this wouldn't be an issue. Apparently now, residing in the land of mediocrity for a good period of time, there is a fear that causes everyone to rush in here and convince themselves otherwise by writing UK's recruiting success off as an anomaly, pretending it is still 1998.

No, this class won't finish top 10. Yes, Stoops is unproven as a HC. However, there is great talent in this class, and I'm certain this staff has the tools to turn it into a high caliber team.

Are the ones who where celebrating TN being ranked number one will diminish this since it is KY? Let's hear the 'they won't stay there' spill. Which I agree, they won't, but they still have some big fish on the line as well including Elam. Could possibly end up top 15.

Stoops is doing everything that Jones is doing, gotta give him props and also makes me wish we got him for DC instead of Sunseri.

Congrats Ky, take a snap shot of it, you may never see it again.

Is their recruiting a fluke?
