Kentucky, Ole Miss both look great.

Yeah, we have a problem. UK was way behind us. We outrecruited them. And now they're ahead of us. We have more talent. We have more fan support. But UK would straight up beat us right now.

Of all the panic threads this was easily the worst and it wasn't just Christian Lowe, the OP. 3 people actually 'liked' this piece of brilliance.

Yep, sure was a lot of whine. This was trolly too. A troll never misses an opportunity to get a few barbs in when things are going poorly.

MaxamusXIII literally seemed like a soothsayer in this thread after the FLorida loss, and idiots kept arguing with him about us going 4-8 etc. Everything he predicted or mentioned in this thread seems to be true right now, including about Kentucky going 5-7 (will probably happen unless they upset Louisville next week) despite their quick start with everyone riding their tallywacker. Kudos to you Maxamus

Look at the first 6 games. I think the truth falls somewhere in the middle. UK wasn't as good as everyone thought. But they're not as bad as everyone says now. Similarly, UT wasn't as bad as they were after 6 games. But I don't think they're as good as everyone says either. Teams trend up and down. Breaks happen for every team. UT found a qb when it's starter got injured. UK got the benefit of a nice early schedule and fell apart as soon as they started playing better teams. Games they had a chance in they left a lot on the field.

It didn't help you guys played 8 games in a row.

I don't blame that. I blame mental exhaustion more than physical. Game after game of getting run over hurts. Offense isn't going to show up every game perfectly, but defense never got in rhythm. Defense had no confidence imo, never stepped up to make big plays.

Did 8 games without a bye hurt? Yeah. But I don't think that's a legit excuse. We're just not good enough to win games that are competitive consistently.

I predicted 4-8 preseason. Assuming that they beat ULM next week, they gotta take at least one more to get in a bowl. Rebuilding the program is ahead of schedule.

The voice of reason. That said, I didn't think that they'd have this kind of back half. Expected them to at least compete in a couple that they didn't compete in.
