ROFL! Normally, I hate when people up old threads but thank you! I forgot he was so highly rated coming out of HS. Too bad he didn't go to Florida. Kentucky will always be Kentucky but it would be nice to see this Newton kid taking snaps in Florida :)

Werd is that he doesn't have the work ethic. It's easy to be a man among boys in HS. Kids that don't drive themselves to get better at the next level...suck.

What you don't know is that the heisman statue is going to be reformed to the position of Morgan Newton falling....cause that's what a true winner looks like.

Btw....who else sits there and watches that gif for about 3 minutes? Anyone?

This thread is what Volnation needs today. Atleast we are still better than Kentucky.

When I first saw the title I was like "wtf they got two 5-star QBs??"

We know the feeling. Crompton was highly ranked in HS, and other than a long TD to Denarius Moore in Fulmer's last game, he didn't play anywhere near his hype until the 2nd half of his senior season.

Your username and location confuse me

What's confusing about my location? And, I made the LSU game on Saturday (stopping in SC for BBQ in both directions).

As for the username, I grew up in KY and went to UK. Hence, the username. And, I have kept the same username on the web since the 1990s. I could have dropped the "uk" when I moved to Florida in 2006, but I didn't.

I tried for ukvol without the 's' when I found this site in 2005, but ukvol was not available, so I made it plural. But, I have never seen a post from whoever registered as ukvol.

They never posted. No activity since 05.

Confusing because, being a Tennessee and Kentucky fan is rare in it's own right, but adding in a location nowhere near either school made it even more intriguing.

There are (or were, when UT was better) a good number of Tennessee football/Kentucky basketball fans. It's pathetic.

For some reason it never quits being funny.
