Kentucky vs. North Carolina Thread

I think the loose ball and charge against Kentucky weren't good calls. The North Carolina player was moving on the charge.

The charge was suspect. But when your out of control, that call is going to be made more often than not.

We seem to be forgetting to play defense again.

The key to beating UNC let them take the 3 shot and put them on the line. They can't make either.

Good win for Kentucky but I am actually not that worried about Kentucky anymore. I am not saying Tennessee is going to beat them but everyone thought Kentucky's talent would dominate anyone. It certainly looked that way but then they blew a 19 point lead. That gives me a lot of hope. Also, Wayne Chism appears to be bigger than anybody on North Carolina's team. That Zeller guy is beyond lanky. With Chism and Williams, I feel comfortable.

Nice win by the Cats. Glad to see UNC atleast come back and make it competative at the end. Was hoping for a split this week with MSU/UK..not bad.

You can have your hope! Ky fans will have their confidence:good!:

John Wall in the first half was extraordinary.
UK scored 43 points in the first half.

John Wall in the second half was pedestrian (or out).
UK scored 25 points in the second half.

Any correlation...

UT will get beat twice by UK. Roy Williams not calling timeout during the 20-2 run was inexplicable and may have cost UNC the game.

He was out for about 8 minutes with injury in the second half. And yes, the direct correlation is obvious.

Without him, we are 4-4 on the season.
