He wouldn't last 3 seasons at a place with actual expectations. He's done well at UK because they had none and were thrilled with merely making bowls. If he wants a bigger payday he should go, but long term he'd be dumb to leave UK because in 5 years he'd be in the Sun Belt with Butch.
