Kentucky Will Win SEC East

You gotta love UK fans after the win they are giving me comments like this on a local board:

"I've seen plenty of good SEC basketball coaches lose to UK year in and year out. Billy Donovan couldn't beat UK until Tubby's recruiting got really bad. UK beat Nolan Richardson's teams most of the time. Bruce Pearl is only .500 against UK in UK down years. If we were seeing typical UK, he'd be sitting at .000 against UK.

Bruce Pearl is only climbing the ladder. He wants to be coaching at a traditional powerhouse school or coaching millionaires. I don't expect to see him wearing orange more than 3 more years.

You are just HOPING UK won't be back on top any time soon. You will be sorely disappointed. Kentucky is Kentucky. They won't be where they are long."
guess that's how you make yourself feel good when you suck currently. It's either all about tradition or the last and the next recruiting classes.

Please, nobody use this phrase anymore. I was at the UNC-NC State game today and saw some State students with red T-shirts on that had that phrase on the back. We can do better.

Why would State students have a shirt that says "fear the orange blazer"?

Kentucky, YOU STILL SUCK.

And, don't forget...GARDNER-WEBB.

Enjoy watching the NCAA's at home this year.

This is funny - go to the Vandy vs. Kentucky thread and you'll see I predicted this exact thing from Kentucky fans. Shows how retarded they can be.

we're mocking them now, but our site went bonkers when Vandy's kicker barely missed the game winner a couple months ago.

That's not even on the same level. I mean really - Gardner Webb... Houston.. and San Diego?

Or multiple blowouts to decent major schools. We were playing for an SEC title at the time. They're playing for an NIT bid.

No way Kentucky finishes with 20+ wins. That would nearly equate to a 10 win season in football... maybe. Probably around 21-24 wins.

so how do they wind up worse? maybe an NIT bid? I'll grant you that's probably worse than the Outback bowl and a .700 winning %, but today helps their cause quite a bit if Vandy wins as many as they should.

At the time we beat Vandy in football, what was our winning %? Situations are not as different as you make them sound.

who cares. you're right. we represented the east in the SECCG and they aren't likely to do anything that positive.

Great. I have a chance to get some tickets either cheap or for a small price. They win, now they think they are back on top. There goes my chance to go to Rupp
