Depends on how you define success. He will no doubt be a middle of the pack coach. Coaches who can really coach are few and far between. As I have said before it took UT 40 years of mediocre coaches to find a pearl. I look forward to coming on here next year and watching all the crying.

Don't worry goat... according to a lot of people on here no one wants Ware anyway cause he is Stanley Asumnu 2.0... good grief... Kid is about as close to Travis Leslie as there is. Both remind me of a young D-Wade and with some refinement could potentially (POTENTIALLY) be that good in time.
