The fact that he was taping Kiffin says a lot to me. Refuses to meet with coaches and then secretly tapes them when he finally does speaks with them? Kiffin could have been more professional in his choice of vocabulary, but this appears to be a money grab attempt, IMO.

Actually, recording a superior in a meeting where you can face disciplinary action is the right thing to do, especially if you are being treated unfairly. Totally legal in TN.

I would advise anyone using a recording to never edit it. If you do, it will be presumed you are cherry picking, because you probably are.
