Kiffin Stirring the Pot Already: "Disgrace" Per USA Today

It is notable that Jordan McNair's father, Martin, does consider DJ Durkin responsible for the death of his son. The investigations you speak of, did absolve Durkin of any direct culpability for the death of Jordan McNair... but that doesn't mean that there weren't measures which should have been taken that would have prevented this from happening. It will be used against Durkin on the recruiting trail... that's for damn sure.
Could be more of the anguish a father has of losing a son. Grasping for any ounce of anything anyone looking back saying could this one person or this one thing have saved my sons life? The easiest person to second guess is the man who blows the whistle at the practices your son was involved in the head coach. Plus i hate to add this but its possible even if Marylands investigation absolved DJ Durkin of responsibility for McNairs death. A civil suit could still be brought so if the kids father plans on collecting money from not just the University but also from Durkin he has to continue to be open about his feelings of how Coach handled things that day.

Wolken lives in Atlanta now and I wonder why he had no issue with Durkin consulting for the Falcons? Wonder why he's on the high horse now? The former Tiger High beat writer cant resist taking shots at Tiger High's perceived rivals. Funny how he never said anything about PSU or Vandy after the rape scandal at Vandy under Franklin's watch...

Great. The kid was in college. This would be no different in corporate world where you refuse to do something your boss says to that makes you feel safe. You object and talk to HR afterwards. But I’m sure the kid being alive and possibly losing his position is just a crAzier alternative.
In today’s health and safety environment too many reportables can get a VP or even CEO dismissed. Kelly was responsible, maybe not criminally but definitely ethically.
Kid wasn’t old enough to know he shouldn’t buy cigarettes so we have to outlaw it, but he’s supposed to be smart enough to know not to go up in the lift. BTW most corporations have lift training/certification before you can go up in a lift, does anyone know if the kid was certified
