Obviously I'd cheer for Meyer first, Saban second, and whoever plays USC third.

I can't believe some of the folks here still stand behind Kiffin. He never bought into UT's traditions and just about brought UT to the brink of an official NCAA inquiry with his blatant disregard for the rules.

Meyer. I can't STAND bama and their fans. Florida is just a tad bit more tolerable. So Meyer to beat the hell out of Kiffin.

If you don't think UT has benefited from the dominance of the SEC, you must not be very intelligent.

I'm sure the conference would have been given the massive television deal regardless of recent success.

But there are still UT "fans" rooting for lane kiffin, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

I don't think anyone's dumb enough to say UT hasn't benefited. They're just intelligent enough to realize whatever benefits SEC dominance gives UT, it's nothing compared to the gain for UF and Bama. You know, the schools actually doing the dominating.

Sure I want the SEC to do well, but that doesn't mean I want the two teams I hate the most winning NCs every year. The recent losses to UF and Bama weren't lessened in any way because they were the top ranked teams in the country.

rival or not, no Tennessee fan should wish lane any sort of success whatsoever, against ANYBODY.

The guy did more damage to your program in a year than fulmer did in his career by far. At least fulmer built the program up before slowly bringing it back down.

Lane came in, had no significant accomplishments other than being a massive tool, then proceeds to bail on you AND take your best recruits with him.

and who's fault is it that UF, bama, and LSU have ran the conference for the past decade? Step it up

Let me put it this way, if Al-Qaeda University fielded a college football team and played against Florida or Alabama, I still wouldn't cheer for the Gators or Tide.

The ones that do stand behind him have no clue...They like him because he got everybody all upset and put the team in those hideous black jerseys and lil wayne mentioned him in one of his songs..16-17 year old kids are pretty much all that stands behind that douche and his band of merry men..No other reason...He's not a good coach...Good recruiter but talent will only work if its well coached...His father is the only REAL coach on that staff...Everybody else has a losing record...I never wanted him to begin with and am glad he's gone...He's USC's problem now...And I hope he falls flat on his smug little face out there.:clapping:

Would pull for USC in this one. I dislike other SEC schools the most, more than I will ever dislike even USC.

and for my .02 - i would never ever root for meyer or florida. f them. if it comes down to bamma/usc then i would root for neither. i would watch the game and enjoy it (i think bama would thump them) but wouldnt care who won.

I agree, except for Vandy, which is my alma mater and just too wretched for too long to hate, and the Mississippis, who aren't really worth detesting very much.

I root for the meteor. I despise Kiffin, Saban, Meyer, Florida, and Bama, USC I really have nothing against except their pansy HC.
