I totally get it, but I also think there is very little "always" in her relatively short head coaching history. She had 6 years at Glenville...where she was a first time ever head coach, so the starts to those seasons were huge learning curves for her and her players. And the second half of her stint there was covid marred ie not at all easy coaching times...and also included a national title. Couldn't have been too bad? Then things started slow at Marshall, but that was year one. Of one. So now she's here, things might start out slow this year, but I have a feeling if she stays and her players stay and don't portal their way elsewhere, the continuity aspect and things not being quite "horrendous" at the beginning of every year very well could improve and take care of itself a bit.
