That is where your wrong. Fans don't buy in they don't buy tickets and they don't attend plus tell Schiano they have don't have a say.My point is, it's a fan's choice how they react. We don't have any say in it, we don't ever know all the reasons for the hire (or for why others weren't hired). We don't really know much at all.
But we do get to choose whether to hold our ignorance with a positive attitude, or a negative attitude. The latter protects us from disappointment, but contributes nothing positive to the program or to the fan experience.
that is not all that you sell…..a good coach has to be an intense recruiter number one and be able to sell your vision for the program. She probably wouldn’t recruit exactly like Dawn starting out but she needs to improve the quality of player every year till she reaches that level.My point was that the history doesn’t sell itself.
