I don’t expect Milton to be perfect. He’s already proven that is a stretch. He just needs to take a few shots down field (20+ yards) and complete about 25% of them. Of course he’ll need to make good reads to be sure none of them are picked. He’ll really have to read the cover 3 coverage because that’s the coverage that has been giving him problems. I guarantee Saban is going to disguise that on most 3rd and longs.Joe is due for a good game... but playing on the road, we haven't handled that well
It's going to be a game dominated by the defenses, unlike last year's Bama game.
IMO Bama is in a similar place to TN. Their offense isn't what it was and their defense is having to fight the battle this year.
It'll be good hard football Saturday. If Heupel goes into Nick's house and beats him with defense, he should put a cigar in his mouth before he walks over to shake hands with Nick.
I tell you what, if Heupel pulls this off and the defense wins us this game, I might have a strokeIt's going to be a game dominated by the defenses, unlike last year's Bama game.

He is nursing a hamstringNumber one concern for me is Milroe's legs. We tend to rush four and blitz occasionally to dial up pressure and keep O-Line guessing. This opens up running lanes and the kid has serious wheels. We need disciplined pressure from the D-Line to collapse the pocket and limit his ability to run. We should also spy Milroe when able to avoid big gains that can extend drives, flip field position etc.
Milton has to be consistent and we have to find success on the ground. Will be a grudge match but one we can win IF we put it all together. Toughest test of the year to date.
Milroe hasn’t been running since he pulled his hamstring before the USF game. They have no elite playmakers on offense and a bad OL.He is nursing a hamstring
