This is such trash man.. I'm so pissed.. now we have to watch jumper.. he's awful imo idk how he's on the team
"Rehabilitation time for a meniscus repair is about 3 months. A meniscectomy requires less time for healing approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Meniscus tears are extremely common knee injuries. With proper diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, patients often return to their pre-injury abilities."
I'm no doctor, but I hope it's the 2nd option.
Yea, let's trash our players. I'm sure that'll make everything better. You don't know what's going on yet here you are whining like a little child. Jumper has progressed in games and it's not fair to the kid that he gives it all for Tennessee despite not being the most talented, and still gets bashed by our fans.
The USPS is faster than Jumper
Plus, there is no telling how many times he got beat or made a bad read on defense
I give him that he tries his best and he gives his all, but sometimes it takes more than just heart to get it done
Really?1) We are NOT the coaches @ THE University of Tennessee
No. Jones has not earned "full trust" and especially when it comes to keeping a team healthy. He's done better this year. But he's had issues for the last 3 years and just this past year figured out that Lawson wasn't an SEC quality S&C coach. Again, TRUST is earned... not given.2) Let the Coaches @ THE University of Tennessee do there job and we put our full trust in them
That's nice on a get well card but if you want to win...you better have BOTH.3) I would take a more disciplined overall athlete than someone with only rare athleticism
Nor do we need to have a guy know what to do and either be unable to get off blocks or else unable to tackle the opposing back due to a lack of athleticism.4) We don't need to give up huge momentum plays the entire game because someone overran a play due to NOT being disciplined and using only there rare athleticism
Well, yeah! You still have to beat blocks and make tackles.5) A disciplined athlete can also contribute to making sure everyone else is lined up correctly
See.... above.6) A disciplined athlete can use there instincts to make sure they are in the right position and not getting burned
Unfortunately... you lose with either.7) I will take disciplined experience over someone with only athleticism unless we have a cupcake game or a game that is well past in control
Why am I typing all of this? NegaVols don't care because they listen to the media all of the time and don't know the difference between X's/O's.
Come on down COLTON JUMPER!!
For me, it's not an excuse to lose games. Bottom line.
Now, if injuries start piling up all over the defense, or if injuries pile up at one position ( like DT last year ), I give the staff some slack. Neither of these has happened yet, so you gotta win. Bottom line.
It blows my mind as to how ignorant some of you are. Still bringing up Butch and strength and conditioning. Josh Smith fell down after coming down with a ball, let's blame Butch. Kirkland had a freaking NON CONTACT injury, blame Butch for practicing them too hard. Wht part of NON CONTACT do some of you not understand?
Whoever blames Butch for our players getting hurt in practice is just ignorant.
I don't care if Chip Kelly, Saban, Meyer, or whoever was our coach, injuries would most likely happen. It's freaking football for lords sake, not a chess match.
The HC is ultimately responsible for managing practices and managing the health of his players.Whoever blames Butch for our players getting hurt in practice is just ignorant.
