Horrible article. It doesnt say of police issues are up since they started selling beer. This is a key issue when a local rep says she had concerns before they started this. Sounds like people (officials) trying to find a reason to get rid of it.
The issue is the violations on the license owner. Which I would assume is Aramark. The beer board will absolutely suspend it over 3 violations. I don't agree with it. Especially in this type of environment. But they can do it. Not a thing the University can do about it. Obviously the governor and those types can

Wasn't my point. The article is poorly written. So much more going on here.

3 out of 120,000 sold. These prohibionists need to GTFO.

Do you think 3 people told on themselves? If the undercover guys got hit, it means several regular underage kids got it. Regardless of how you feel, please comprehend better than a Georgia fan.

The only time bootleggers and Baptist preachers are in agreement is voting on whether to be dry county or wet.If you can remember in the 60's at UT,you had to go to Oak Ridge to by beer,or go to the "woodshed"on Ashville hwy or the lumberyard on Alcoa hwy. But,do not get ouy of your car,or thejunkyard dawgs will eat you up.Not referring at all to the ice in the doghouse dawgs.

Money talks though so I'd be surprised tbh. That said, those 3 people got fired, can't serve alcohol for 7 years and got massive personal fines. I'm a bartender but there's no excuse.
