Vols need to contain their receiver Matthews and it will limit their offense. Vandy is decent; give them credit. Vols will get up for this one though and win at home.

Vandy was up by 2 scores with very little time on the clock and he call a jump pass (Tebow style) to get another TD. It looked like Stoops may had somethong to say about it at the hand shake, but I'm just reading into it because I really don't know.

I thought because Vandy beat UF and Georgia, they were legitimately dangerous in the East? I mean they had Matthews, their starting QB and their world class offense and defense. What happened? They only scored 2 TDs on a bad UK team, but they are going to beat us at home right? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

So I wonder, do the people who thought Vandy would roll us feel the same now?

I went to the Vanderbilt game today. They aren't any good at all. I know we aren't either, but I'm more optimistic about our chances after seeing them struggle offensively against a BAD Kentucky team.

I hate Vandy with a passion but what's with all the hate for JF going for the late TD? Don't act like all of you would not want us to do the same thing to Vandy next week. If there were 1 second on the clock and we were beating Vandy by 30 and had a chance to score, most fans would say go for it.

But Vandy beat UF and Georgia. That means they are a vastly superior football team and will probably crush us. I mean they have the same kind of offensive firepower that AU and Alabama have.

I went too.

Their offense is hot garbage. If UK had rushed every play of the game they might have won.

The only reason Vandy had that 15-6 lead was because of INTs.

Isn't Vandy last in the conference in rushing? If our defense can hold their running game in check and force them to throw, I like our chances. Although containing Matthews is no easy task.

I've pretty much given up hope on Big Dan doing anything that will help our defense and team. He seems to severely lack motivation.

45 seconds left, game in hand, appeared Franklin put in his backup QB to just run the clock out. Faked a run, threw a jump pass to TE who was wide open for the TD.

We need to do exactly what Kentucky did on defense today: focus on stopping the run and force their QB to pass. He pretty much sucks. If we can't do that I don't know what to say.
