Kyle Busch is a chicken

I have no dog in this hunt, but I hope the bolded statement above is sarcasm or purposeful melodrama in an attempt to win a pizzing contest because even remotely comparing events in a NASCAR race to these instances is beyond ridiculous.:hi:

The point is lots, of things COULD happen, but they didn't, so they're irrelevant in determining a punishment (which, by the way, was more than fair).

This brings a new concept to "Boys have at it."

I don't understand why we can't stick to the subject. I'm to blame for the Kurt Busch stuff, but I haven't been throwing personal jabs at everyone, at least not much. Hopefully everyone can keep it to PM's and begin to interject facts.

What didn't happen didn't cange the stupidity of what Busch did. 25,000 Fine and a few weeks probation is pocket change to those guys.

Maybe next time Harvick will think twice about leaving his vehicle in a compromising position, instead of driving it to his garage like he is supposed to.

Too think one driver deserves more blame than the other is as absurd as the whole incident.

Let's see.....
Harvick parked his car, got out, and attempted to throw a punch.
Kyle used his car to punt another car on pit road with poeple in the area.

I guess you could say they deserve the same punishment........whatever.

Look, I'm not biased to one driver or the other. I don't dislike either driver. Just voicing my opinion.

This is the greatest thread in Nascar forum history. It almost single-handedly allowed the forum to catch the MLB forum in post count.

Who is a better driver, Jamie McMurray or Clint Bowyer? Keep it going...

I think they are both overated, personally.

No one has asked, but no one else was asked either, so here is my take, take it or leave it. Trying to be impartial as possible, which I think I can as I have no love for either Harvick or Busch the younger, I see plenty of blame to spread around. Plus I will add some blame to Clint Boyer. If he had not tried to go three wide where two wide is an adventure, this whole incident most likely would not have occurred. It was Harvick's bouncing off of his teammate over into Busch which pushed Kyle into the revenge mode.

Harvick giving Busch a tap in the rear bumper in the previous turn didn't help either. Kyle flagrantly hooked Harvick turning him dead right through the middle of the pack. How he managed to go through a tightly bunched pack not once, but twice without taking out more cars was unbelievable. Kyle's disregard for the other drivers and their teams just to get back at Harvick, who didn't even hit him intentionally the second time, to me is the most grievous of the actions taken. I don't have a problem with giving back in kind when someone does you wrong, but not when you take out innocent cars doing it.

Harvick initiated the actions on the cool down lap and on pit lane, and Busch certainly did his part punting a driverless car where people were again was the more risky move. So I have to spread a bit more blame toward Busch. IMO, JMO.

Yeah I should have been more specific.
You had respect for him as a person
before last night? My apologies for being vague.
