Petty - Pearson
Waltrip - Earnhardt
Elliott - Earnhardt
Gordon - Earnhardt

Apparently real rivalry in NASCAR died with Dale, Sr.

Even Tony Stewart gets reigned in when he begins to approach acting like him, and he is the closest to a non-politically correct driver at present.

I think Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards could be a nice rivalry. They have almost the same winning percentage with Edwards at 16 wins and Busch with 15 at almost the same amount of starts. They also have the full time Nationwide thing going too.

i think kyle busch and logano would be a good future rivalry, if they werent teammates... even though they are on the same team, theyve had some good battles (nationwide esp.)

how funny was speed vs vickers tonight lol

great move by Kyle to wreck the whole field yesterday.. of course he blamed it on Jr spinning his tires..

Jr. sucks at restarts. It should be a given and accepted that he's going to stack the field up just about every time.

I kinda like Kyle. He still does some pretty stupid things but at least he is himself. He's not a puppet on a string like some drivers. You have to admit, he's good for NASCAR.

Vickers is the kind of guy I'd like to buy for what he's actually worth, and then sell for what he thinks he's worth.

i think you missed the point that Vickers did the same thing to him at Dega.

On the last lap of the race on the back stretch and not only took out Dale Jr. but his own Hendrick teammate at the time...I will say that was boneheaded for Jr. to pull that move though, I guess he thought what goes around comes around applied there

No he didn't. He pulled down to go with Jimmy and bumped him in the rear at Talladega. He didn't turn up into his side like Jr did. I don't think he had intent. Jr did.

you're telling me Jr intentionally wrecked Vickers? You should watch it again. He barely clipped him when he tried to blend back in.
