Kyle Busch is at it again.......

that's what I would have said after I smashed it on the ground 3 times and it didn't break......

no kidding...poor little punk can't even break a guitar. I mean, how many rock-and-roll front men can smash a guitar but a supposed bad-boy race car driver can't?!? :lolabove:

In Kyle's defense, he wasn't handling one of Jeff Jarrett's fake guitars. The real thing can be hard to break.

I certainly would rather have people like Kyle than 43 Matt Kenseth's walking around the garage area. I have no problem with Kenseth, but this sport needs its share of different personalities.
It used to be that guys could speak their minds, be themselves. Not anymore, they want cookiecutter, digger loving goobers that act like robots. Yeah, that crap is great for the sport. Its reflected in their ratings as of late.

alright boys, from here on out... smash those trophies!!

Must of been the real thing then. It took him two or three swings to finally break the thing. Either it was real or kyle needs to do some push ups.

Jealousy runs deep , Kyle wishes he could have 1/20 of the fans jr has , reguardless of what jr does .:ermm:

Kyle just got 2nd in the truck race, choppered to KY, ran to the car and got the pole in a car with no practice. Pretty impressive

Has anyone read or heard DW's take on this deal? It would be interesting to know.

I'm wondering the same thing. As much as DW loves the kid one would have to think that he would not think kindly of this move. Especially since Nashville is one of DW's favorite places.

seems like he's a race car driver who thinks he's a rock star . No matter what anyone thinks about it , he has shown his awesome power .:eek:lol:

I'd say he would think its disrespectful and in a way it is, no doubt. DW has been sold to the highest bidder though and he's going to be politically correct no matter if he secrectly enjoyed it or not.

As a winner of several guitars, I doubt DW enjoyed it.

DW played dirty back in the day. He wasn't the saint everyone makes him out to be today. I agree that it was disrespectful, but overall it probably was a good thing to get people talking... good or bad its publicity. Personally he won it he can do what he wants with it. Maybe take it home and smash it, just not right in front of the guy that took those hours out of his life to make it. That guy is the one who should be pissed. To me smashing a guitar valued at 22 thousand dollars doesn't make much sense. I would have sold it to the highest bidder.

For the record, I was not a DW fan except when he first started, because he lived in Tenn. I did not like his style, but I think his honest opinion of Kyle would be negative right now. As I have said, if he wanted to share the trophy, give it to the crew to hang up in the shop. Or buy them all one. Yes it is his to do whatever with, but his actions still reflect on the sport.

He said he was "shocked" but not "offended" that Kyle did it. He said Kyle has called him and said that he meant no disrespect, and so he is taking him at his word.

Rivalry days are just about over. We might have a good fued rise every now and then but NASCAR and Sponsors are too quick to react and put the flame out before it gets going good. Being politically correct sucks in my opinion...

It wouldn't matter if rivalries were more common these days as far as Kyle and Jr. are concerned. Their on track rivalry is similar to my rivalry with the ant I crushed on the sidewalk earlier today.
