Or accidents. Or being stolen and making their way into the criminal ranks.

Guarantee that the vast majority of people who either rjave an accidental shooting, a family member commit suicide, or a gun stolen, thought leading up to that point in time that they were doing a really good job keeping the gun safe.

Votes are already restricted. A person is limited to one, and the elections in which they can vote are very well regulated.

We have the right to vote. Own firearms. And free speech. You are good with using red flag laws to prevent one of those. Not others. And you can keep trotting out that tired ass "only vote once" thing. But it's stupid. Fine. I only get to own one way to arm myself. It's a nuke. You good? I mean it's only one.

You don't have the right to vote as many times as you wish. You do not have the right to vote in all elections. Your vote is highly restricted and regulated.

And so are guns. What's sad is you feel sorry for the POS Kyle killed and want him held accountable for not breaking the law. It makes you a POS.

And keep in mind I agree he is stupid. The left's outrage on this proves they have a mental disorder. It makes zero sense.

By law the moment Rosenbaum and Huber put their hands on Kyle’s rifle they were in joint possession of the firearm, so they were armed.

Gaige is lucky that Glock only cost him a bicep. More experienced firearms folks would have center massed him to eliminate the threat.

I just realized why I was struggling with this. All of the resections you point out have been recognized as legal. The ones you want for guns haven't been. Get over it. Kyle didn't break the law. You are firmly on the side of law breakers. Rioters who tried to kill him. Look in the mirror.
