Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

Anyone thinking Kyle was faking his breakdown on the witness stand has never seen a PTSD anxiety attack happen and should really come out from under their rock or pull their head outta their rear end.

Kyle stores memories in images and even stated at one point in his testimony that he took a mental image of Rosenbaum during the death threat rant. You can tell by his eye shutting before certain answers that he’s searching for the mental image of the moment to actually see the details before answering.

The kid had the visual of the ambush, running to escape and having to fire his weapon to protect himself playing like a movie with all the sounds and emotions of those moments included in his head while trying to describe it.

I hope this kid is able to learn some really strong compartmentalization skills soon.

Nobody attempted to kill Rittenhouse. But Rittenhouse murdered the 1st dude in cold blood.

Per AP:

"KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) — The first man shot and killed by Kyle Rittenhouse on the streets of Kenosha was acting “belligerently” that night but did not appear to pose a serious threat to anyone, a witness testified Friday at Rittenhouse’s murder trial."

The second guy who Rittenhouse killed attempted to disarm a man running down the street with a rifle that multiple people ID'd as an active shooter. The dude's "weapon" was a skateboard.

Also, on the subject of Rittenhouse "hearing gunshots", who cares? Since when does hearing gunshots of an unknown origin (READ: Nobody was actually shooting at Rittenhouse) legitimize shooting people nearby? Man, my friends would be pissed if I shot them in a duck blind cause I heard shots elsewhere.

Again, your premise that "people were attempting to kill him" is based in fantasy.

Rittenhouse should do time. Manslaughter. Do 5 years then released. Getting off without any consequences will only verify a bias judicial system. And, of course, the violence shall ensue.

Burn it all down.
Bring your skateboard pls

My son moved near there to East Ridge from Oklahoma. He loves it but he’s looking for somewhere to metal detect for Civil War relics.

Missionary Ridge has them. I had a buddy that lived up there and his dog dug up a cannonball one night while we were out drinking beers on the patio. Lots of cool civil war era stone walls up there too.

The funny thing is that isn't the first guy referenced in that article the one brandishing weapons, threatening to cut people's hearts out, calling them the n-bomb, and had a record of child rape? Rosenbaum was the pedo.

Also didn't the prosecution directly ask/pressure one of the witnesses into altering his statement? I wonder if it's the same guy. This happened to the independent journalist that was a defense witness.

I don’t think he was faking it. He was all over the place. If he had been faking he would have just kept crying. His brain wasn’t sure how to process the info as he was talking about it.

well welcome back Monte! I see your obtuse bubble is still intact.

Heh. Thanks-ish.
All three were all armed and either using weapons or threatening him with weapons

Dude. Pure fantasy.

Per CNN:

"During those demonstrations, Rittenhouse clashed with a crowd gathered near a car dealership and Rosenbaum, who did not have a firearm, threw an object that appeared to be a plastic bag at him and missed, according to a criminal complaint filed last year. Rosenbaum and Rittenhouse moved across the parking lot and appeared to be close to each other when loud bangs were suddenly heard and Rosenbaum fell to the ground, the complaint said."

The whole system needs to be rebuilt. Too much legislating from the bench and the courts are way too political.

A start would be to do away with electing prosecutors. Maybe as a privilege of practicing law every lawyer has to take a turn for a year.

He hit him on the head with a skateboard in an attempt to kill him. The other two felons had illegal firearms.

Is this from the trial or old info?

PTSD eh? I wonder if the GIRL Rittenhouse punched in the face suffers the same.

Video shows Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse punching a girl: report

******** and you know it, you pick and choose the evidence to suit your preconceived notions.

You casually forgot to mention he threatened to kill them more than once? That he chased Ritt who attempted to retreat until he had him cornered and then attempted to take his weapon. He was the aggressor, only a hopeless fool would believe otherwise. Congrats.

Ritt is not without blame here but he didn't kill anyone in cold blood.

"But McGinniss also appeared to boost the prosecution's case when he said he had a sense that something bad could happen that night because of all the guns in the area. The prosecutor also elicited testimony from McGinniss and Balch that affirmed Rosenbaum was not armed that night and did not actually hurt anyone."

Was this the guy trying to hit the kid with a skateboard?

He was reliving it moment by moment exactly the way his brain had video recorded it happening. Immediately after that series of events the shock hits and the brain records differently. It’s why the memory images of running towards police were a bit less emotional to recall but also why those event memories don’t have a lot of peripheral details.

I’m kinda glad there are a couple of first responders on the jury that understand what Kyle went through on the stand.

Cornered? Rittenhouse was never cornered by anyone he shot.

Right, he only threatened to kill people, chased a guy with a gun, cornered him, then attempted to grab the gun. He was then shot. That isn't cold blooded murder.
