Could be a hung jury. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are people in there that had their minds made up before the trial started.Wonder if they have already reached a verdict and the judge is waiting to set a court time to announce or they are still deliberating.
If they are still deliberating this could be bad for Kyle as they may be considering the lesser charges.
