Arch just isnt on the same athletic level with the other Qbs in this class. That doesn't mean he won't be good. But I see him more of a game manager than a game breaker QB. Something about the last name on his Jersey just says hes a student and had the ability to shine. He certainly doesn't have the stats of the others. I don't see him having a perfect rating if not for anything but name.

yeah I I think this is one of the games he's talking about:

I got bored and watched this game and it's interesting, Arch has a bad performance but I honestly can't tell if it's him or because that o-line just can't protect him. I will say he does stare down his receivers A LOT.

Maybe he doesn't, but his stats seem to suggest he's pretty darn athletic. 9.4 ypc last season.

I mean it's not like when JG had 2.5 ypc his senior year.

Seems he must have some wheels to a degree and some of his highlights show him scrambling pretty well.

Seems to play a good bit like his grandfather.

He looks like he can run pretty well, but I saw a couple of clips where the defenders look like middle schoolers. Don’t think he plays against good competition

The stats aren’t good but it’s not just that. Arm talent isn’t comparable to the other Top qb’s In the class. I don’t think anyone in here likes Farrell, but I think he’s spot on with his take on Arch.

Arch is really good lol. He's just not the #1 player in the class. Recruiting sites seriously overrate Arch but fans seriously underrate him

Agreed.

As much as I hate Farrell, even he said he'd personally rate him a 4* if up to him, at the end of his rambling monologue. Then again, doing the opposite of Spoons Farrell is usually the move, so 🤔🤔

I gotcha and I understand that. Rashada has put better film together though and has a higher ceiling. I think Arch will be a decent Qb, I just think this is a great class and he’s done nothing to warrant being ranked ahead of any of these guys including Rashada. Nico would make him look like a 3 star guy if you were to have them throw side by side.

I completely understand putting Rashada over Arch but I just trust Arch more. I value floor as well as ceiling

Great question and thanks for being specific. A lot of "generals" around here. As in people speaking in generalizations all the time.

He had 8,000 yards and 60 Tds in 2.5 seasons of play. That's pretty good.
He played there over 10 years ago, and I didn't follow his every game....but from what I can remember, he never did reach the hype.
