If you can't summon up enough pride to defend your tradition and mystique against your little sister school, it portends a rocky season IMO. Veteran squad or not, at the end of the day Chattanooga will not be confused with Baylor, Stanford, Kentucky, Miami, Texas A&M, etc. who are all looming on the schedule. It bears too close a resemblance to 2008-09. However, that team didn't have the experience on the perimeter that this one does. An immediate turnaround is necessary to prevent a possible freefall. Why would a wake-up call be necessary for a collection of high school All-Americans?
