We shot 31 percent and they shot 58. They out rebounded us 19 to 12. A very embarrassing half that has put us in position to lose this game.

Is the game as confusing to watch as Mickey is making it on the radio? What was the jumpball towards the end of half about? He was lost.

all the mocs have done is run the clock down to 8-9 seconds on each possession and then make their shots. it's not anything exotic... Hustle will get you a long way... somebody should tell Holly...

Even if they do come back, the first half still serves as an indictment of Holly's coaching. We look like a hot mess.

Tn St tallest play was 6'. We couldn't rebound with them either.

If we don't come out with a will to win and get to playing some ball about ten more minutes of this is all I can stand. Will call it a night if I see another first ten minutes like the first half.

Jim Foster taught Geno a lot of what he knows about basketball. If we're getting our ass handed to us by SoCon talent, I can't imagine how ugly it would be if we played UCONN.

Its not about playing like you scared its about not being able to get comfortable because she subs too frequently/much. Burdick is a Senior and has demonstrated her 4 years that she is just not that good so why is she still starting & taking up minutes from players who are hungrier and with better skill sets (Dunbar & Nared) why is Ariel running the PG when its clear she wants to shoot, get her off the ball, stop play 3 players who dont want to shoot together because it limits what you can do, she has the Talent to win it all but will be tossed out again at the Sweet 16 for failure to coach/pull the talent out of these players and you better bet Nicki Caldwell will get a call or Tyler will replace her (especially if him & Mickey are able to get La Tech into the tournament the next couple of seasons)

Reynolds had the worst half ever but Burdick & Graves ran her a close race.

Some are too wired to put the ball in the hole, while others are standing and watching. The defense is slow and uninspired. UTC wins nearly all the 50-50 balls.

On the whole, the program has digressed from Holly's first loss in the same arena. Yeah, I know....DUH.

Caldwell's digging her own hole at LSU. I wouldn't expect to see her here anytime soon.

I totally agree with everything you've stated. I am just at a lost for words. I can't understand why we keep getting beat on the dribble. Graves and Burdick miss so many easy shots.

This collapse began with the first practice this year. Looks like we haven't even practiced. Defending dribble penetration is horrendous and perhaps worse than last year. There's no purposeful offensive execution. Good ol' Buddy Holly needs to challenge these players. We're just a collection of names with no games.

We will come back and win this game but butt will not change the fact we allowed them to even think they can beat us.
