If Louisville gets her !!!! Key is down toDuke And Florida State visits ??? Louisville is losing a lot next year . We will see 🤔
FYI, the Blue Star 30 invitational in Las Vegas was this past week with most of the best players in the country there. Treasure Hunt was a standout. She participated in the 3 on 3 qualifying tournament at the invitational, and her team won. With the win, they now move on to USA Basketball qualifying next year in Colorado Springs. She teamed with Madison Hayes of TN (2020), Raven Johnson of GA (2021), and Olivia Cochran of GA (2020)
Treasure Hunt and Madison Hayes both hold offers from Tennessee! Do not know about the girls from Georgia. Treasure and Madison are Tennessee ladys. And both are about 6 and play guard/wing . Both from the Chattanooga area. I think Madison holds an offer from North Carolina. Treasure holds offers from several schools including ( South Carolina) 🤔
Coach: Can you give us a clue????
Isn't that illegal...kinda what butch jones did. I thought having recruits to your home was off limits+/- 140 days until signing. Back in the day early September we knew as PHS would bring in recruits, cook a meal and take them on her boat. Before the emergence of social media - the good and the bad.

lI think you may be thinking of Bruce Pearl, but no, having recruits to the coach's home is permitted if they are seniors. Bruce's problem arose because he allowed a junior who requested to come to the get together to attend and then lied about it when questioned by the NCAA.

Will MeMe, Davis and Brown be the main 3 shooters? I just hope they work on ball movement and get girls open for mid range jumpers. Seems like now days the mid range jump shot has been lost in womens basketball.
I agree somewhat. If one is trying to drive against a skilled shot blocker, you have two choices. Drive and get fouled or get called for a charge. I think one is as likely to get a charging call as a blocking call. If you are behind it does one thing, stops the clock. If one can accurately shoot the pull up jumper, you are likely to score and be able to apply the press, make a steal and score again. The pull up jumper still has its place and allows you to win close games. It also makes the defender to come out and defend which opens up the court for a layup. We missed more layups last year than we made and gave up more than we scored. The midrange jumper is dead because statistically it doesn't make sense. Most of your shots need to be drives or threes. I'm sick of the LVs shooting 16ft pullups and shots from the elbow at a <40% conversion rate. I want strong drives and threes, and I want a conversion rate of 1 point per shot taken.
Rickea Jackson has TN in her top 7.[/QUOTE
Did she release an official top 7 I see hoopgurlz has TN, Ohio St, Mich, Mich St, Rutgers, TX, and U of L. Didn’t know if that was still her current top 7 I like TN being in on all these top recruits just a couple of years ago we couldn’t even really get them on campus or get a serious look. I know the “coaching talent question” has been beat to death on this forum but it’s good to see TN still holds some type of pull. It is going to be interesting to see how the 19 and 20 classes shake out because we are in on some of the top guard wing talent and then with Gusters being rated the number 1 post (from Duncanville TX teammate of Z. Green). Battle between her and Cordosa because we have Saunders and key now. Then you have Sasha Goforth, Angel Reese, and Treasure Hunt who are all top 20 wings and we are on there list. Going to be interesting.
Green can hit the three consistently so expect when she is in there she will shoot it. I agree the mid-range is a wasted shot either inside 10 or a three. Will MeMe, Davis and Brown be the main 3 shooters? I just hope they work on ball movement and get girls open for mid range jumpers.
