Maria will defend Holly up until the second she's gone. Hopefully when Holly gets the boot Maria retires. We could lose every game by 30 points and miss the tournament by a country mile and Maria will make excuses for her. Can't believe anyone takes Maria seriously at this point. She's been ridiculous for years now.

If you look at the video just as Holly falls off the screen and the ball crosses half court she is calling for the team to foul. Sadly she wasn't prepared to tell them that in advance and couldn't even tell them that before it was too late.

If the game comes down to drawing up a play to win, boy oh boy, I’d go ahead and cut the game off and go along with my day. It’ll break your heart hoping for a miracle.

Even if they do, their "ready" is not nearly good enough! Throw poor coaching decisions on top of that, and we've got a boat race.

If they pick up some quality wins in the back half of the schedule and move themselves up in SEC standing they will probably get in. I wonder if they don't get in but have enough quality wins if they would get an invite to the WNIT and if the staff would accept it.

IDT Pat would be proud of the LVs program right now. I don't see a lot of discipline, control or fight and I don't see how anybody could say that with a straight face.

If they are on the bubble, they may get in due to history alone. If they don't make the tournament, Fulmer should make the announcement that she has been fired that evening.

They would have to finish at least 50-50 in conference play to get a bid, unless they beat ND and MSST imo.

Sorry, the wheels came off four years ago when the last players PS recruited graduated. Sadly they were not developed, but they still had enough discipline, pride, and remembered what PS taught them. Now all we have is a coach that never, never, and I mean never paid attention to the way PS coached in practice and during games. HW, just call it a day, collect your money, I promise you we will acknowledge you during a time timeout a few years from now.

Watch Holly try to through Kam to the wolves and have her guarding Bri. I believe we could've used Kam I the losses at least for her length around the basket, because they've been allowing a lot of uncontested shots, at least make it difficult for them.

What a disgrace. The only excuse I can think of is she's trying to get sympathy.

Holly knows her ass is grass. At least I hope so. That's why I wish she would make things easier and step down. But she's tainting what little legacy she has as a HC by being so stubborn and not acknowledging the writing on the wall.

Were we young three or four years ago, no. Botch Jones used injuries to mass his s*** show, you can't say their young, their just not being coached yes.

She won’t reitre—the objective will change. If the next coach is not a former LV she will stick around and be a pain in the @ss

I think it is still too early to say and it would be a shame if it wound up that way. Lots of SEC play left but they got some things to get figured out for sure. Some nights shots are not going to fall but that defense... I do not know what is going on w/ that. Can't play man for 40 minutes, don't understand the spacing to full court press appropriately, can't play zone because they chase people out of their area, no fundamentals really, their feet are set up wrong which is why they are constantly getting blown by and we know from previous years that you're lucky if weak side ever comes to bail you out, that and being lax on the scout I would guess. They are running down the court w/ their back to the ball, one commentator during a recent game flat out was like Davis isn't standing properly to set a screen, your feet should not be wider than your shoulders, and not even a minute later she got called for an illegal screen.

It's basics. They gotta clean it up. All these little things add up to you looking like you went out there thinking your talent and the ball bouncing your way was gonna win you the game and as they have seen that is not enough. Someone over there has got to care about the details of winning enough to get them to want to nail every drill every day in practice because there is no way you can tell me they are going to multiple practices a week and it looks good but then they are on national TV playing like that. I don't want to discredit anyone they have played because I know anyone can win on any night, however; I don't think if the LV were playing to the level they are truly capable they would have been down by double digits to the likes of Stetson, UAB, Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas ect. That's just plain ludicrous.
