Didn't he die at the end of the last episode? His family was all around him crying and his heart monitor was flatlined. I took that to mean he was dead.

I wish he WOULD fire her! She's an unlikeable character. Though I suppose that was intentional so we can see her character growth. I'll be honest, besides the waitress at the bar and Monty's wife, I don't like any of the female characters in this show.

I like not liking the lawyer. The daughter is the only one I just really don't like.
