I think he will be reduced to an OC job in the NCAA, at a tier 2 program. While that is still a decent job, I wouldn't call it a good job for someone who has been the HC of the Raiders, the Vols, and now the Trogans.

I would ask about time frame as well. He could land a "good job" after 10 years and you would lose the bet. Details.
