The ex girlfriend has been questioned by local, and most recently (yesterday and today), federal law enforcement. Some of that questioning was about her prior contact regarding him building bombs with MNPD.
Not really...they had no hard evidence of anything other than the guy had suicidal ideations before and was taken for treatment.Sounds fishy.
So if the next door neighbor says he's building a bomb, that's probable cause, but if his girlfriend says so it isn't?Because you can't just go into a person's locked vehicle without probable cause and third-party domestic allegations aren't that.
If Warner himself had said "i've got bomb stuff in there" then yes, with or without a warrant
