There is nothing he can do as a legislature here. You expect him to take executive level powers to rid the agencies of corruption? Start investigations Congress doesnt have the power to run? Vote against all funding for them? Side with every anti Agency bill that comes across his desk no matter the further ramifications of said bill? Assume Trumps past, present, and continued innocence because other people were falsely sent to jail?
Merely opening his mouth about it would perhaps demonstrate his convictions match his words. He's been unabashedly vocal with impeachment advocacy three separate occasions, quick to assumption, but he can't be bothered now. If he has reviewed his earlier hastiness as the corruption continues unfolding and still comes to the same conclusion, I think his judgement is fatally deficient.
If there's a more fundamental threat to liberty than feral bureaucracy telling voters "we'll decide who is president" and savage whomever we wish to do it, I can't think of it. Amash doesn't appear to think about it at all.
