Merely opening his mouth about it would perhaps demonstrate his convictions match his words. He's been unabashedly vocal with impeachment advocacy three separate occasions, quick to assumption, but he can't be bothered now. If he has reviewed his earlier hastiness as the corruption continues unfolding and still comes to the same conclusion, I think his judgement is fatally deficient.

If there's a more fundamental threat to liberty than feral bureaucracy telling voters "we'll decide who is president" and savage whomever we wish to do it, I can't think of it. Amash doesn't appear to think about it at all.

It's all very confusing for us citizens. No doubt we've been fed some bad information from our gov't but I don't know that we can believe a Ph D like Dr Makovits either. She has a shady past herself. According to this she was jailed for theft and charges were brought against her but later dropped:

Now I don't know if we can believe Snopes either but why didn't this interviewer ask her about theft? He did not come to the interview prepared to challenge her on that. It was softball all the way. She has a history of being an anti-vaxxer.

I have an open mind and I like to read up on all sides but I'm at the point now where I don't know who to believe.

I see what you are saying, but I was driving at the fraction of population that got infected before we ever really started testing. You then have that wave of people come through. If you had an earlier/faster start, that wave will always end up being a balloon that pulls the CFRs up because you can't go back and PCR test those early folks. (obviously AB testing will work and it is showing much lower CFRs). Deaths/day have dropped dramatically in NY as the testing is ramping up and that will drive CFRs down, but you still have that big weight from the beginning. I just don't see that same trend in TN. Deaths have been more spaced.

Snopes is a joke, why was Fauci so cocksure about an upcoming pandemic prior to the Trump presidency? Why was he involved in the illegal funding for corona virus research in Wuhan? I agree it’s all a bit convoluted however it does make one open to other possibilities. 🤔

I must say it's kind of fascinating watching you guys turn on Fauci because he doesn't toe trump's line. Pretty soon, they'll have you believing it was Fauci over there colluding with ChiNA to kill Americans.

I agree. I believe our response has crippled us for further outbreaks, or really anything that pops up.

I still believe the economic impact will be far worse than loss of life. And I dont mean 401ks

Snopes is a joke because they have been wrong before too and purveyors of "fake news". Everyone has an agenda so people should look everywhere for confirmation and make up their own minds

Snopes is a joke because it routinely ignored facts it presents in it's own articles. Or only researches far enough to prove their argument rather than going down the rabbit holes of others options.

I think once we get to a point in time in the future and can look back with the benefit of 20/20 hindsight, we will have a much better measure of the things we did right and the things we did wrong. I think we will find that shutting down our entire economy is a fool’s errand. Adding $2T - $4T to the debt throwing out lifelines wouldn’t be such a big deal if we only had $5T in debt vs $23T when this all started. We need to take care of our financial business going forward, stockpile medical supplies and shut down everything in and out of China at the first whiff of their next virus s***show.

Your entitled to your opinion but Snopes has been proven to be a left leaning unreliable source. Fauci has an agenda as do the democrats using this virus to destroy the economy. Flame away

It's all information. Snopes, youtube video, statements by doctors, recommendations and results. It's all information for us to individually decide what makes sense what we think is the truth and what we think works.

Can you provide examples? Snopes does a good job of policing themselves as well as being able to substantiate what it posts.

The judge's restraining order was requested by the city because she refused to close down her business. Her business was deemed by the government as non-essential. This is un-constitutional.

This kind of total BS has to stop.
