Yea, they’ve been real strict on the islands, but easing up some now, although Kauai just extended mandatory mask use into July. None of this is really going to bring real-estate prices down much if at all. Since the lockdowns started prices have actually crept upwards a bit in places. You know those three most famous words in real-estate....location, location, location.

Model plateau prediction was very accurate when compared to the smoothed-out 7 day average.

Today it just shows more plateau, but the great news lately is that deaths remain lower.

I think the news may be that medical professionals are getting better and better outcomes, but that also is affected by who is getting the virus.

I'll go model silent again here unless something pops up that might be interesting to the fine folks assembled here.
